At 210 Restaurant, Executive Chef Jeff Tomchek uses locally sourced, fresh ingredients to create delicious and unexpected dishes like Bacon Wrapped Dates, Hawaiian Tuna Poke, Dry Rubbed and Pit Smoked Baby Back Ribs and a variety of mouthwatering vegetable side dishes including Glazed Heirloom Carrots, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Roast Cauliflower and Roasted Local Delicata Squash.
