Pictured here are a few new items: Chiles Rellenos, roasted Poblano Peppers stuffed with sautéed vegetables, Oaxacan cheese ans eserved in Tesmole ($14.50); Albondigas a La Mancha, Beef Meatballs served in Mole Mancha Manteles overPineapple Puree, garnished with crispy Chorizo and accompanied with a Three Sisters Garden Pea Shoot Salad ($10), and Camaron Tequilero, Wood Grilled Shrimp served in a Tomato Oaxacan Pasilla Tequila Sauce, accompanied with Parsnip Puree, garnished with Three Sisters Garden micro greens ($17.50).
