C&G Wild Alaska Salmon caught, processed and sold directly. Salmon is pulled out of the water and cleaned, put in slush ice, taken to Petersburg and shipped directly to select restaurants including Northbrook's Prairie Grass Cafe. Says the fisherman, "there's nothing more fun than catching fish. It's knowing that the ecosystem is in full balance. There's something about wild salmon that really makes life fun."
