For Mark Delaney, family comes first. So when the father of seven from Greencastle, Pennsylvania, sought a new business opportunity, the ability to involve his family in the business’ operations was a definite requirement.  When Mark discovered TapSnap, he knew he’d found a great way to combine his technical know-how with his children’s experience as members of the social media generation.

Mark, owner of a Business Management Degree and two Associate degrees in Computer Science, has 20 years of experience in the IT field, working for private companies and government-related agencies. Mark spent over 15 years in the financial services sector handling transaction processing support and services for large and small businesses. He also worked for the State of Maryland and as a contractor for the Department of Defense handling IT in the Pentagon. In his successful career bridging the gap between business processes and IT benefits, Mark developed skills related to guiding multiple projects and improving business operations while managing a diverse staff. Throughout his IT career, Mark demonstrated a client focus which will serve him well in his new endeavor.

Mark and his wife Jodi are active members of their local church where they volunteer their time to several events and fundraisers, while also supporting their six kids' youth group activities (with a seventh on the way!). With Mark's long history of working with new technologies and helping customers overcome their hesitations regarding new technology, his new TapSnap career is a perfect fit. Mark's kids bring their knowledge of social media, photography, and selfies, while Mark handles the client service and technical considerations.
