These items will be available for a limited time and highlight Perry’s fresh, quality seafood and its simple yet complex flavors and recipes.

Off-the-menu features include:

  • Red Snapper Crudo with pickled ginger, turmeric and tangerine oil ($18.95)
  • BBQ Octopus with charred lemon garlic potatoes, ranch cabbage slaw and pickled shallots ($19.95)
  • Whole Bandera Branzino – a heart-healthy European Sea Bass that is encased in a salt dome, roasted to steamed perfection, presented tableside and plated with an Agrodolce sauce ($49.95)

These features join crowd favorites such as the Filet Perry, Chateaubriand with three signature sauces, 14-oz. Prime New York Strip and Perry’s Famous Pork Chop – a recipe perfected over 40 years – as well as the Lobster and Shrimp, fried asparagus and other classics with a modern twist. Perry’s also boasts a variety of beloved, signature desserts, including the flaming Nutty D’Angelo prepared tableside.
